How to check properly
- Ask every carrier that could plausibly reach the address, including regional and municipal networks, not just the national names.
- Ask the building manager which carriers already have fiber in the riser. They usually know.
- Give carriers the exact suite and floor. Serviceability answers change within a single building.
- Ask for the status word, lit or on-net or off-net, not just yes or no. Yes with a six month build is a different answer from yes.
- Re-check if your last look was more than two years ago. Footprints move.
Where availability is strongest in Colorado
