The College Boulevard and 119th Street corridors were largely built with conduit, so on-net odds there are unusually good.
Multi-tenant office buildings in the corporate corridors frequently have more than one carrier already in the building, which is the single biggest factor in both price and install time.
Google Fiber is street by street even in a city it has served since 2012. Being in Overland Park is not the same as being on a built street.
