Quantum Fiber is the fiber to the premises brand Lumen built and AT&T bought, completing 2 February 2026. Arizona press reported that Phoenix and Tucson Quantum Fiber service moved to AT&T in that transaction, though neither company has published the list of eleven states involved. It is a published price, no contract, small business product with no negotiated SLA behind it, and its ownership is the least settled of any carrier on these pages.

• Symmetrical speeds on new fiber, with multi gig in some areas
• No annual contract, no data caps, and priced published rather than quoted
• Where an area has been overbuilt with Quantum Fiber, a small office gets fiber at a price an enterprise product would never reach
• Whoever sells it to you owns the network, so it is not a reseller's

Quantum Fiber in Arizona specifically

• Symmetrical speeds on fiber at a published rate, which suits a small office that does not need contractual uptime.
• Ownership is genuinely unsettled. AT&T bought it, then placed the acquired plant into a held-for-sale subsidiary it intends to sell a controlling interest in, to run as a wholesale open-access platform.
• Check who invoices you. Plenty of write-ups still describe this as a Lumen brand and it has not been one since February 2026.
• No dedicated circuit, no service credits, no account team. If uptime is contractual for you, this is not the product.
• Build is street by street. Being in a Quantum Fiber city is not the same as being on a Quantum Fiber street.
